POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Alutiiq Career Ventures, LLC a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC has a potential opportunity for a Policy Analystin the Washington DC/Virginia area.The Policy Analyst conducts comprehensive reviews and provides recommendations to enhance the NGB SAPR Program. This role requires a deep understanding of regulatory landscapes and the ability to assess program impacts.

This opportunity is for a POTENTIAL CONTRACT award and is contingent upon the contract being awarded. Consideration for a potential contract may require a signed letter of intent. If the contract is awarded, another position posting will be available on the Company Careers portal.



  • Regulatory Analysis: Review and evaluate changes in laws, policies, and regulations affecting SAPR.
  • Policy Recommendations: Develop actionable recommendations for program improvements and compliance.
  • Survey Development: Create and analyze surveys to gather insights from SAPR personnel.
  • Annual Reporting: Assist in drafting the NGB portion of the DoD Annual Report on Sexual Assault.


Payrate:$110,171 to $126,090 Annually

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Three (3) to Five (5) years of related data analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in policy analysis and legislative review.
  • Experience with DoD SAPR program requirements.
  • Experience with survey creation software (e.g., Survey Monkey).
  • Experience creating data result reports.
  • Analytical skills to synthesize data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, (e.g. PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote).
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
  • Must be a US Citizen.
