Are you an organized, customer-focused individual with a passion for sales and service? Join our team in Cincinnati, OH as an Aftermarket Sales Coordinator, where you'll help our customers get the parts, chemistry, and manuals they need, while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

What you'll do:

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and website inquiries regarding pricing and availability of aftermarket parts, chemistry, and manuals.
  • Prepare quotes and assist customers in placing aftermarket orders.
  • Follow up on orders and expedite when necessary to ensure timely delivery.
  • Review orders and shipping details to ensure accuracy before processing.
  • Provide assistance through the webpage chat line and manage AM orders email inbox.
  • Collaborate with shipping, receiving, suppliers, and purchasing teams to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and efficiently.
  • Handle some accounting tasks, including invoicing and credit card payments.
  • Update and maintain pricing for spare parts as needed.
  • Follow up on past-due accounts and ensure payment collection.
  • Perform other duties as directed.

What you'll get:

  • Compensation: $47,000 - 53,000/yr. and eligible for 0.25% commission
  • Position Type: Direct Placement
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm (flexibility as needed)

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or customer support role
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
  • Accurate data entry and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school-level math skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and think critically to resolve issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience providing sales/administrative support for a manufacturing company
  • Familiarity with basic accounting or invoicing processes.
  • Experience working with web-based communication tools and customer portals.
