Position Summary The position involves working as an integral member of a team of medical and dental specialist and allied health care professionals to provide comprehensive care for pediatric and adult patients with congenital or acquired craniofacial conditions. Provide dental evaluation and treatment for patients receiving radiation therapy or chemotherapy. Provide treatment for patients requiring general dental, basic surgical and prosthetic procedures. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an American Dental Association approved dental school and hold an active license to practice dentistry in the state of Illinois. Preferred Qualifications A one-year hospital residency in General Practice Dentistry is preferred.
