Capitol Bridge Health Services is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (High Volume) onsite, at our Bogalusa, LA office. This role is responsible for full lifecycle recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding for both non-exempt and exempt level staff. The specialist will develop strong working relationships with various teams utilizing numerous techniques including: high volume sourcing, social media platforms, attending/conducting on-site, off-site, and virtual hiring fairs, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
Scope open positions and determine what a successful candidate will look like for their team.

Proactively identify candidates utilizing multiple strategies (online databases, social media, Boolean search, complex internet search, etc.).

Continuously grow a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Network to develop and maintain strong working relationships with community organizations and team members to maintain a successful partnership.

Engage in the full lifecycle of recruiting, ensuring both the candidate and hiring team.

Utilize social media to attract candidates for consideration.
Complete daily and weekly reports.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience. (Bachelor's degree can be waived in lieu of applicable experience)

Must have general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards.

Strong ability to communicate on complex or sensitive issues or drafts such responses for supervisor or manager.

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm, with flexibility required to support business needs

Location: Bogalusa, LA, onsite

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annual
