Are you ready to transform client environments and lead the charge in creating exceptional workplace experiences? Join JLL as our new Workplace Experience Manager and make your mark in the world of corporate hospitality!

As the Workplace Experience Manager, you'll be the driving force behind delivering outstanding client experiences through enhanced engagement, proactive communication, and high-touch service. Your role will be pivotal in strengthening partnerships between JLL, service partners, and our clients while implementing innovative experience programs that elevate both personal and professional skills.

What will some of your day look like?
Orchestrate seamless daily operations of the Guest Service program and remote monitoring
Respond swiftly to information requests, communicating effortlessly across all management levels
Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure uninterrupted client operations
Oversee critical programs including access management, lost & found, and facility inspections
Conduct daily quality assurance checks to maintain operational excellence
Resolve building service issues and submit work orders with precision
Collaborate dynamically with service line leads to drive innovations
Update training materials and lead initiatives to boost employee engagement and productivity
Manage guest service schedules and approve timesheets
Contribute to team growth through recruitment, onboarding, training, and coaching
Participate in regional meetings and spearhead special projects

Who are we looking for?
Required:
High school diploma or GED
Proven track record in supervisory or management roles, with a talent for motivating teams
3+ years of experience in Hospitality, Soft Services, or Operations
Exceptional ability to handle sensitive information and set clear performance expectations
Outstanding organizational skills coupled with a curious, solution-oriented mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Slides, Docs)

Preferred:
Workplace experience or hospitality industry background
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of the commercial real estate industry
Expertise in staff development, performance management, and retention strategies

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Pay $66,000-68,000 annually
