This opportunity is in the Information Technology Department.

As the company's largest department, I.T. is responsible for supporting both ongoing operations and our next innovative project. Role Overview:
In the role of Manager - Agile Delivery you will lead and develop a dynamic team of Agile Delivery professionals, including Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and Project Managers. You will collaborate with key IT and Lean Portfolio Management leaders to drive Agile practices, enhance value delivery, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Your contributions will be instrumental in advancing our IT department's Agile transformation, ensuring high-quality delivery processes, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Leadership and People Management:


    • Provide mentorship and leadership to a cross-functional Agile Delivery team.
    • Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members while conducting regular performance reviews.
    • Foster an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.


  • Agile Practice Leadership:


    • Implement and optimize Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Kanban) across IT teams.
    • Establish and maintain best practices, fostering cross-team collaboration and organizational maturity.


  • Stakeholder Communication and Process Improvement:


    • Act as a primary contact for senior management on Agile delivery matters.
    • Present performance metrics and drive process improvements to achieve higher efficiency.



Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a leader who is:



  • Skilled in building relationships and driving collaboration.
  • Proficient in SAFe Agile tools and methodologies with strong strategic thinking.
  • Experienced in managing Agile transformations and cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledgeable in software development processes and IT operations.


Required Qualifications:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
  • Experience:


    • Minimum of 5 years in Agile delivery, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
    • Proven expertise in SAFe, Scrum, and Agile methodologies.
    • Advanced Agile certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant, Certified Scrum Master, or Agile Certified Practitioner.

In our vision to be First with Co-Workers, compensation is only one piece of the comprehensive total rewards package we offer. The target base salary range for this position is $109,000 to $142,000. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
