Enterprise Capture Technical Solutions, Senior Manager

Key Role:

Support complex and technical bids, including identifying and comprehending clients' requirements and buying patterns, developing complex technical solution options, and delivering client impact through a winning bid. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts throughout the business development life cycle. Maintain responsibility for ensuring the solution design and architecture will score strengths and resonate with clients. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions for high-priority technically complex captures and proposals. Leverage business development and functional expertise to build addressable market and increasedanalytical development work in emerging markets. Communicate effectively with capture team, senior leadership, and other stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with multi-discipline solutioning for Government clients in analytics, big data, cybersecurity, engineering, predictive analytics, C4ISR, or AI/ML

-Experience with the direct management of complex solutions and development proposal efforts for defensecommunity and government clients in excess of $400M

-Experiencein developing complex technical solutions for very large captures

-Ability to lead teams and stakeholders of all levels throughout the solutioning process

-Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

-Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and industry partners

-Experience working on solutions in a GSA assisted acquisition environment such as FEDSIM or FLEX service delivery models

-Ability to show expertise in the business development life cycle and solution selling methodologies

-Ability to communicate multi-step and interdependent activities effectively to capture teams and ensure efficient execution of captured efforts

-Secret clearance

-Master's degree preferred
