MUST BE COMFORTABLE SPENDING A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT SUPPORTING PRINTERS Description Job Description Onsite Admin II - Intermediate level - supporting a corporate company * Work onsite at customer property (not remotely unless told otherwise) - multiple nearby locations * Represent HPI interests and be liaison with local customer management team o Report customer dissatisfaction to Client Mgr (CM) and HP account team o Attend account calls as directed and provide feedback on activities * Proactive monitoring of customer's printer fleet utilizing Web Jetadmin (WJA) and other tools * Assist end user with device functionality * Perform initial trouble shooting * Coordinate with HP Support when service is required * Coordinate with HP with SW branded support * Ensure adequate consumables are available at customer sites * Assist with device(s) deployment/replacement as directed (must be able to lift up to 50 pounds) * Track usage/activities at customer sites to better understand their needs * Assist with the collection of usage pages per devices as needed * Miscellaneous duties as directed by CM and account team Contractor Needs to: * Provide Cell Phone for communication * Provide Vehicle for transportation to surrounding area facilities (HP to reimburse mileage $0.675/mi.) * Proper Dress Code: Khaki/Slacks/Collared Shirt/Comfortable Walking Shoes Skills Install, Help desk support, Technical support, Installation, Windows, Active directory, Ticketing system, Hardware, Desktop, Support, Office 365, Windows 10, Customer service, Cable, Asset management, customer service oriented, hardware/software Top Skills Details Install,Help desk support,Technical support,Installation,Windows,Active directory,Ticketing system,Hardware,Desktop,Support,Office 365,Windows 10,Customer service Additional Skills & Qualifications Questions to ask the consultants around Print experience: MUST HAVE IN SELL PACKAGE (Technical questions are also in Notes & Attachments) What types of printers have you supported? - Example A3, inkjet, laser jet etc.? Brands of printers? - HP, Canon, Xerox etc.? What type of printer support has he/she done? - fix jams, replace toner, replace cartridges, trouble shoot, actual repair etc.?
