FTE: .1 Shift: Day, Schedule: Variable Position Summary The Clinic Educator Retail Health provides initial and ongoing coaching and on the job training to achieve optimal outcomes for retail clinics in the Puget Sound and Inland Northwest regions in clinical practice or front office. The incumbent participates in the development and delivery of content for the standard on-boarding pathway, creates and provides supplemental training or resources for identified needs. The incumbent also develops audit tools and monitors performance for operational or clinical leaders toward trending and continuous improvement. This requires the ability to adapt and flex to dynamic environments and to the needs of learners and operational performance and will apply plan, do, check and adjust education tools in collaboration with team members and management to ensure ongoing learning and improvement is possible.Requirements

Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $36.51 - $52.53 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
