Compensation Range:$51,100 - $60,000

Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and/or location.

Job Purpose

Coordinate and execute administrative duties, as well as support account, sales, and service activities. Handle questions, complaints, and requests from customers, within company policies and procedures, in order to support the unit in realizing commercial objectives and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service to sales team and Bren-Tronics customers.
  • Communicate daily with sales team and customers regarding quotes, placing orders, directing product questions to a technical advisor and general customer follow-up.
  • Process customer orders to produce shipment. Provide integral customer interface during this period, leading to "total customer satisfaction".
  • Manage significant accounts as directed by the manager to include contract review, documentation management and special reports as required.
  • Administrative duties (in concert with the sales team) to ensure seamless communication with the customer base, whether via phone, fax, mail or e-mail.
  • Perform typical filing routines and ensuring appropriate management personnel are copied on correspondence.
  • Work as part of the customer service team to ensure full coverage when team members are not in the office.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Previous experience in defense manufacturing strongly preferred
  • Microsoft Office experience required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Fluent in English and must have strong communication skills via email and phone
  • Great organization skills and attention to details
  • Experience in using ERP/MRP preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field

  • This position will work in an office setting, expect minimal physical demands.
  • Must be able to frequently bend; twist; reach; stoop; kneel or crouch.
