DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position, you will serve as CWIA's primary liaison and point person for all IT matters. Your responsibilities will include determining if requests comply with department policies and IT policies and procedures, providing or arranging for basic instructions and IT training for all staff as needed, and assisting staff with minor computer difficulties or technology issues. Bending and kneeling on the floor and under desks to access equipment, cables, and port numbers is essential for this position to ensure that our staff's technology hardware is correctly connected. Our team will rely on you to work independently and collaboratively within your role and to communicate effectively with your supervisor to discuss new or unusual activities. In addition to your active and practical IT and technology support duties locating, moving, and helping to set up office equipment and technology, you will also perform a combination of administrative assignments that involving finance; procurement; and human resources. This includes compiling financial data and preparing calculations, interacting with vendors and contractors regarding quotes and product or service details, and tracking and maintaining records and reports. - Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, after successful completion of the training period. Until then, all work will be performed in the office. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four year college or university or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements:
