Almac Group is seeking a Billing Coordinator Role for our Souderton, PA location. The Billing Specialist has AR functional responsibilities of a Billing Data Store with a focus on making sure transactions passing through it are complete and correct prior to invoicing.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Examine customer invoices prior to being sent for accuracy by checking the address, coding and quote numbers as well as confirming that all backup information is present and correct.
  • Assist the senior billing coordinators with month end tasks assigned to help with the closing process. Some of these are the entering of Depot Backup, courier labeling and any other tasks requested by the senior billing coordinator or management.
  • Coordinate and analyze exception reports that are sent to the Business Development Group to be actioned prior to month end closing.
  • Ensure for customers using a third-party portal, their invoices are uploaded accurately and timely as well as being accepted by the site.


Qualifications:
Required Education:
* High School Diploma
* Some business/accounting college courses or equivalent work experience required.
Preferred Education:
* Associates degree in finance or accounting is preferred
Required Work Experience:
* 1 to 3 years of office/clerical experience in a billing function.
Preferred experience:
* Experience with Oracle Financials is preferred.
* Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Required Knowledge:
* Knowledge of MS Office with strong Excel skills. (ex:Pivot Tables and V-Lookups)
Preferred Knowledge:
* Oracle Financial System Experience
