Project Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Administrator to join our team. The Project Administrator will work closely with Program Managers to coordinate and update tracking of inventory, records and other areas as defined by Program Management. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in federal government contracting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Compensation & Benefits: $25/hr
  • Full-time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Project Administrator Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain and update project trackers, documentation, and databases for the portfolio.
  • Review, understand, and ensure compliance with background checks, contract terms, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Assist the Program Manager in managing, coordinating, and reporting all hiring and onboarding activities to ensure timely and complete staffing of task orders.
  • Assist in preparing a variety of monthly progress reports, supply inventory and ordering with Project Management approval.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Project Administrator Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, and a minimum of one year of related experience.
  • Team-oriented professional with a mission-driven focus.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and assignments efficiently, work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Forward-thinking with great decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled in common business software applications Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint, as well as timekeeping, accounting, and management tools and portals.
  • Full performance level shall be considered after the 90-day probationary period upon meeting minimum education and experience requirements.
