Position Summary: Performs a variety of education project development and mentoring tasks to meet the needs of the Revenue Cycle at each facility. Responsible for developing relationships with the leaders of the functional areas tasked with supporting and enhancing the education program by providing feedback to Revenue Cycle Leadership, and teaching, coaching, and mentoring of team members, based off direct observations from supported areas. Required to support multiple functional areas and travel between facilities, based on the needs of the departments they are tasked with supporting. Minimum Requirements:

For HIM team, 3 years chart completion, chart correction, release of information coding or auditing experience required. Word Processing, Spreadsheet & Presentation Software experience required. Knowledge of Revenue Cycle software systems required (HBOC, MCKESSON, EPIC PRELUDE/RESOLUTE).
