Advantage xPO is currently hiring a Commercial Maintenance Technician with a minimum of three years of experience in commercial maintenance. In this role, you'll provide top-notch service to multiple customers within a designated territory. Pay: $25 - $30 per hour Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Requirements: HS diploma or Degree/Certification, or equivalent professional experience in Landscaping, Trades (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc.), or Specialty Floor Care, preferred. Two to five years of mechanical experience, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry required; or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience. Any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described, including related work experience in one or more of the building trades. Past background in the landscape, janitorial, or construction-related services industries highly preferred. Must possess applicable certifications, licenses, and a valid driver's license in good standing. Experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Daily local travel between properties. In this role, you will perform preventative maintenance and repairs, adhering to company procedures and safety standards. Tasks include minor plumbing maintenance, such as unclogging toilets and fixing leaks, as well as replacing fixtures. You will also conduct routine painting and carpentry to keep facilities in good condition, including repairing drywall and matching paint. Additionally, you will handle minor electrical work without a license, such as replacing fixtures, switches, and light bulbs.
