Maintenance Grade B

Description

Works primarily as an assistant on major repair jobs but is expected to do minor repair jobs assigned. Performs all routine tasks of the department, including skimmers, hauling, minor building repair, painting, and pipe fitting. Should possess basic maintenance skills, be mechanically inclined, and be able to use hand tools and maintenance equipment.

Requirements

High School Diploma/Equivalent

• Positive attitude, dependable, and has a willingness to learn and help others
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
• Possess basic maintenance skills
• Mechanically inclined
• Able to use hand tools and maintenance equipment
• Lift, push, and pull heavy items
