Wausau Window and Wall Systems POSITION SUMMARY Operate a multidirectional side-loader (i.e. Hubtex, Combilift, Hilo, etc.) to move finished material between the inventory warehouse and packaging. Perform transactions within the ERP (JDE) system in order to accurately pull customer orders from inventory. Individual will also need to load and unload material from trailers and flex to help package material as needed. POSITION DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Pull finished extrusions from inventory warehouse for customer orders. Stage pulled orders near pack benches for packaging extrusions Utilize pick lists through the ERP system (JDE) to perform accurate transactions. Utilize RFGen technology as needed for labeling Utilize a 4-way directional lift to pull materials from cantilevers Occasionally load trailers with packaged material and unload material from trailers Keep accurate documentation for completed paperwork as expected by the process to be followed If/when damaged material is observed advise lead or supervisor and perform inventory transaction to represent the inventory adjustment Perform inventory cycle counting when required Participate in Continuous Improvement work and improvement projects when asked Flex into loading/unloading, packaging, and shipping areas as needed Follow all company Safety Policies and Procedures EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Computer/data entry skills required Possess a valid multidirectional side-loader (i.e. Hubtex, Combilift, Hilo, etc.) certification or have ability to obtain one is required Previous Power Industrial Vehicle (PIV) experience, preferred Basic math and reading skills required Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Demonstrate the ability to learn and accurately perform transactions within the ERP system (JDE) using RFGen technology WORK ENVIRONMENT Moderate exposure to smells from chemical vapors.
