About the Job

As a Client Finance Senior Analyst, you'll serve as a key liaison, providing expert financial guidance and operational support to internal stakeholders, including Account Management and Project Management teams. In this role, you'll ensure seamless contract compliance, billing, financial reporting, and reconciliation, while fostering collaborative relationships with shared service centers and intercompany partners. As a subject matter expert, you will participate in client calls, develop revenue reports, and lead financial status meetings with business units. By working independently and effectively managing multiple priorities, you'll drive financial accuracy, efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

A Day in the Life

  • Manage job lifecycles, ensuring timely and accurate updates, and communicate job numbers to team members for prompt timesheet entry.
  • Coordinate with agency teams to ensure estimates are entered correctly, updated, and approved, facilitating accurate tracking and billing.
  • Oversee monthly billing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client contracts, and resolve any billing issues promptly.
  • Analyze and report financial performance, preparing and presenting trackers, WIP reports, and other financial insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify and address financial concerns, collaborating with the Client Finance Manager to develop solutions and ensure projects meet benchmarks.
  • Provide administrative support, perform data entry tasks, and collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, ensure timely client payments, and meet multiple daily deadlines.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, formulas, pivot tables, charts, and graphs) and basic knowledge of PowerPoint. Experience with SAP, Vantage, or similar business software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to express ideas clearly and accurately.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and goal-oriented mindset to drive results.

Salary Range:

$55,000 to $70,000 annually.
