Responsibilities - Setting Appointments via outbound calls, making a minimum of 25 calls per hour. - Meet or exceed appointment setting and quality of goals within system guidelines. - Handle every prospect and customer, and co-worker with World Class Service - Enter data into the system accurately. - Call prospects and start up conversations with decision makers using proven methodology. - Using methodology and rebuttals to teach the prospective customer the value of having a visit with RbA Qualifications - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member. - At least 1 year experience in outbound phone sales. - Excellent communication and phone skills. - A positive attitude with the ability to multi-task. - Desire and ability to work in an incentive driven department. - Weekend availability. - Hours Open 7 days a week, with weekend hours.
