The Opportunity The Leadership Programs Coordinator is a vital member of the Leadership Programs team, ensuring excellence in leadership development. This role supports and coordinates event-related logistics for leadership programming, manages the department's administrative tasks, and enhances the department's presence both on campus and online. This position is part-time (20 hours per week) and fixed term (Ends on 6/30/2026). This position was created to support the phased retirement of an employee in the department. This role takes about half of the retiring individual's responsibilities until they fully retire in June of 2026, when this fixed term position will end and the full version of the position will be available. This is a wonderful opportunity to take part in succession planning and to receive training and mentorship from the current highly successful administrative employee currently responsible for the position!
