Reporting to the Technical Group Lead for CPS Energy's ERP Transformation Program, the Mgr System Integration and Interface plays a vital role in ensuring seamless integration of various systems and interfaces. This leadership role is responsible for working with the Enterprise Architect to design, develop and implement integration strategies to align with organizational goals, ensuring that all systems work cohesively to support business operations. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external partners, the Lead ensures that integration solutions meet business needs and overseeing implementation lifecycle. Minimum Skills Minimum Knowledge and Abilities
Certified Integration Architect or ERP-specific integration certification, such as Oracle Integration Cloud Certified Professional or SAP Integration Suite Certification.
Demonstrated proficiency in integration management, with expertise in integration methodologies, data mapping, and interface development.
Proven track record managing large-scale projects involving cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to address complex technical challenges.
Effective communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications

Displaying Technical Expertise Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent substantial experience. Required Certifications Working Environment
Indoor work, operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator.
Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business related events. Physical Demands
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
