Check out what some of your day will look like:
Help plan and achieve team goals
Provide general support for facility needs
Manage office supplies and pantry operations
Assist with meeting and conference room bookings
Help organize and run site events
Schedule and coordinate maintenance work, including routine upkeep
Keep an eye on overall office conditions
Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and guests, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Guide vendors and service providers to minimize work disruptions Work with the security team on safety matters
Help with budget requests and reports
Investigate and explain budget differences
Perform other tasks as assigned

Here's who we are looking for:
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
Prior experience in events planning/coordination
Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
Resilient and adaptable personality, with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
Ability to multitask effectively and maintain professionalism under pressure

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Pay $26.44 - 31.25 hourly
