Summary:

This role is cross-functional with Field Operations, Supply Chain Operations, and more to support the mutual company goal of serving our customers. Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

    • Manage diverse Field Manager inventory teams in the field, through regular communication and data analysis
    • Maintain accurate team rosters in SAP through relationship management and regular and transparent communication with assigned managers
    • Manage ticket queue for ad-hoc requests, while trying to proactively reduce ad-hoc requests
    • Monitor exceptions and proactively resolve issues to prevent insufficient inventory, stockouts, incomplete work orders, and imbalance
    • Manage highly seasonal inventory ramp-up and ramp-down by team and region
    • Partner with Logistics to mitigate transportation-related issues, while trying to balance inventory and expedite costs
    • Partner with Field Management working directly with the front line to the customers by communicating Supply Chain initiatives, providing direct support with all inventory issues, and driving feedback upwards through Supply Chain leadership
    • Set appropriate stocking levels for individual teams and techs to minimize incomplete work orders and achieve service level targets, utilizing reporting on demand, supply, and reorder points

Key Qualifications:

    • Experience in customer service, inventory planning, or inventory management is preferred
    • Ability to think critically, independently, and create solutions
    • Ability to work autonomously and proactively
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Required Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or Logistics preferred) or equivalent experience

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
