Operations Manager

UDR Consulting, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure exceptional project execution. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of our projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, budget management, and compliance with safety standards. You will work closely with project managers and team members to streamline processes and enhance productivity, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or delays proactively.
• Collaborate with project managers to coordinate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
• Manage budgets and financial aspects, ensuring projects remain profitable and within financial constraints.
• Oversee safety compliance and training for all employees on-site, promoting a culture of safety.
• Generate reports on operational performance and present findings to upper management.
• Foster a positive team environment and provide leadership and mentorship to staff.

• Bachelor's degree in Consultancy Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar managerial role within the consultancy industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, principles, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
