Overview
Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a highly-motivated Right of Way Agent for its Land Services Division in our New York offices, with a broad knowledge of procedures used to acquire real property interests for land services projects. This is a full time, permanent position supporting many projects concurrently. The successful candidate is able to multi-task and is adept at producing accurate project deliverables on short notice. This position is advertised as remote, with the expectation of living and residing in the state of New York, closest to one of our various office locations. Our New York office locations include Albany, Syracuse, Rochester, Buffalo, Binghamton, Newburgh, Valhalla, New York, and Melville! An active New York State Real Estate License is required for this position in addition. Responsibilities

Please note, this position requires a pre-employment drug screen and will require ongoing participation in the employer's annual drug and alcohol testing program.
