Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to Recruitment Strategies: Contribute to long-term recruitment planning by synergizing processes and standard operating procedures aligned with Saab's mission to deliver exceptional results.

  • Source Top Talent: Proactively recruit passive candidates, leveraging market research, networking, and other creative sourcing techniques to identify and engage highly qualified candidates.

  • Manage High-Volume and Niche Hiring: Successfully balance diverse hiring needs, from large-scale recruitment to specialized roles requiring unique skill sets.

  • Candidate Assessment: Interview and evaluate candidates within the context of job specifications. Present high-quality candidate slates within consistent and reasonable timelines.

  • Collaborate with Leaders: Partner closely with business leaders, Talent Acquisition, and HR to deliver exceptional candidate experiences at all stages of the recruitment process.

  • Build Talent Pipelines: Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential candidates for current and future opportunities, creating a continuous and diverse talent pool.

  • Optimize Processes: Work on cross-business and cross-functional projects to enhance recruitment processes, improve efficiencies, and drive innovation within talent acquisition.

Compensation Range: $70,200-$87,800

The compensation range provided is a general guideline. When extending an offer, Saab, Inc. considers factors including (but not limited to) the role and associated responsibilities, location, and market and business considerations, as well as the candidate's work experience, key skills, and education/training.

Skills and Experience:

Qualifications

  • Experience:

    • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including both high-volume and niche hiring.

    • Proven success in engaging and closing passive candidates.

  • Skills:

    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Workday experience preferred) and recruitment tools.

    • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

  • Attributes:

    • A proactive mindset with a passion for identifying and securing top talent.

    • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Citizenship Requirements:

Must be a U.S. citizen. Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
