Reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Talent Acquisition, the Sr. Manager - Recruitment and TA Operations role will be responsible for full cycle recruitment as well as leading the talent acquisition operations function. This role will be responsible for optimizing our global talent attraction processes while enhancing our technology systems, vendor relations, reporting and data insights and employment brand. Responsibilities Full Cycle Recruitment - Director and Above Positions (25%) * Partners with HR team and senior leaders to lead and own recruitment for leadership positions across the organization (Director and above). * Proactively source senior level candidates through job boards, candidate pools, social media websites, referrals, networking, and other avenues, to fill key leadership openings * Build and maintain a network of potential leadership candidates through pro-active market research, sourcing and on-going relationship management. * Lead recruitment on key confidential searches; partner with external agencies as appropriate. * Develop pipeline strategy for key leadership positions. * Partner with hiring managers to determine recruitment strategy to target, attract and hire top talent. * Be a strategic business partner with internal clients by anticipating needs, suggesting solutions, and providing consistent feedback and updates on a weekly basis. * Partners with Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition to design selection methodology and interview process for leadership recruitment * Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives as needed. Full Cycle Recruitment - Corporate Recruiting (25%) * Partners with HR team and senior leaders to own recruitment for corporate positions (Finance, HR, etc.) * Proactively source senior level candidates through job boards, candidate pools, social media websites, referrals, networking, and other avenues, to fill key openings * Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for corporate positions through pro-active market research, sourcing and on-going relationship management. * Partner with hiring managers to determine recruitment strategy to target, attract and hire top talent. * Be a strategic business partner with internal clients by anticipating needs, suggesting solutions, and providing consistent feedback and updates on a weekly basis. * Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives as needed. TA Operations Leader (50%) * Provide input to the US and International Talent Acquisition strategies and long-term TA road maps * Ensure all talent acquisition and recruiting processes are aligned with employer brand and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives * Develop processes related to the global talent acquisition program and function as the TA liaison to internal Workday team * Evaluate recruiting workflow and processes for continuous global improvement and efficiencies * Develop and lead change management efforts related to TA process improvements * Create and manage project plans for Workday ATS and system enhancements, and conduct systems testing to ensure requirements are met * Build and analyze talent acquisition analytics, design dashboards in partnership with Workday configuration team, develop proactive reports needed for updates to Executive and Senior leaders * Leverage analytics and data insights to make informed decisions around TA projects and global enhancements * Establish a deep understanding of TA technology stack, identifying end-to-end solutions enhancing the Candidate, Hiring Manager and Recruiter experience * Act as internal SME for Workday Recruitment module; enable internal teams on capabilities, business processes and analytics * Understand changing market conditions, trends and business growth targets to support a global recruitment strategy * Manage all TA vendor selection project plans in partnership with procurement and legal - select vendor and hold vendors accountable based on SLA performance metrics in contracts and SOWs (background checks, recruitment marketing partners, etc.) * Partner and with internal stakeholders and fellow COE's to maintain operational excellence and data integrity * Ensure TA legal and regulatory compliance through development of policies and processes, including compliance with OFCCP requirements for a US Federal contractor * Develop and complete on-boarding and training program for new members of the recruiting team including coordinators and recruiters * In partnership with internal Workday team, design talent acquisition dashboards, reporting and maintain metrics and KPI tracking * Responsible for partnering on design and executing employment branding strategy and recruitment marketing outreach; manage presence on external outlets (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Built In, Circa, etc.; build an employer brand as part of our formula to consistently deliver against human capital planned goals * In partnership with HRBPs and Legal, manage the US immigration process * Program manager for university relations to attract and hire entry-level talent across organization * Program manage MSP Contractor Program with Procurement and Workspend * In partnership with Sr. Director, TA, support expense management and reporting Salary may vary depending on factors such as confirmed job-related skills, experience, and location. However, the pay range for this position is as follows.
