Posting Summary
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Research Coordinator for the Rutgers Center for State Health Policy (Center/ CSHP) within the Institute for Health, Health Care Policy, and Aging Research ( IFH).

Among the key duties of the position are the following:

  • Receives strong research mentorship from Assistant Research Professor Ann M. Nguyen, PhD MPH, and a talented team of faculty, educators, and support staff.
  • Participates in health system workgroup meetings, as appropriate, and be introduced to an array of health system leaders.
  • Supports the research team on projects to advance the integration of behavioral health services into primary care.

Qualifications


Minimum Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Certifications/Licenses
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with health care operations and revenue cycle management is preferred.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and computer literacy.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to translate research findings and concepts to academic and non-academic audiences.
  • This position requires skills in qualitative research and project coordination.
