At San Jose Behavioral Health, we provide Inpatient treatment services for adults age 18+ who are experiencing mental health challenges and possible co-occurring disorders.
Our professional care team collaborates with each adult to form a personalized plan that addresses their unique challenges and goals for treatment. A personalized treatment plan may incorporate modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Seeking Safety and Motivational Interviewing.
