Job Overview & Essential Functions

Transportation Resources, LLC is a wholesale parts distributor and a division of Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC. As TRI continues to grow, we have an opening for a TRI Administrator. The TRI Administrator is to oversee accounts payables and accounts receivables for Transportation Resources Inc. (TRI). The position ensures that receivables are processed within the necessary terms and conditions and that vendor invoices are paid in a timely fashion. The position is designed to serve as the primary contact for any receivable/payable invoicing related issues.

  • Oversees TRI vendor invoice processing.
  • Oversees customer receivables processing/automation.
  • Ensures all TRI GL accounts are in standard and that there are no anomalies.
  • Manage TRI's freight account ensuring account is balanced or positive.
  • Work with dealerships on any open Return Tickets made to TRI.
  • Provide customer service to dealerships including availability of parts, freight billing, tracking of packages, and overall customer support.
  • Assists Product Support Specialists in warranty claim processing.
Qualifications
  • Understanding of basic accounting and reconciliation procedures.
  • Requires excellent phone skills, interpersonal skills and written communication skills.
  • Must have exceptional organizational skills.
  • Must be accurate with strong attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable to the changing workflow and needs of the business.
  • Requires excellent computer skills: proficient in Excel and Word. AS400 experience a plus.
