Partner Manager

Insight is seeking a Partner Manager to support our Power, Storage, and Memory Solutions business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving partner investments, aligning Insight's top solutions to partner needs, and delivering measurable growth outcomes while ensuring operational excellence and effective go-to-market execution.

Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work in Chandler, Arizona.

About the role

As a Partner Manager you will manage relationships with key partners in the power, storage, and memory solution category. We will count on you to drive growth, gross margin, and business performance. Along the way, you will get to:

  • Act as the primary liaison between Insight and partner organizations, ensuring alignment on business objectives, strategic priorities, and joint initiatives.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies to position partner solutions effectively and expand Insight's market presence.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth and ensure seamless execution of partner programs.
  • Monitor performance metrics, track revenue targets, and identify areas for improvement to meet and exceed business goals.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, vendor management, or account management, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Experience working with OEM partners in the IT industry.
  • Proven ability to align strategic priorities and develop joint plans to drive measurable results.
