Accountant

We're excited to add an Accountant to our team! In this role, you'll be a vital part of our regulatory reporting efforts, supporting regulatory filings and audits to keep us compliant and efficient. If you're detail-oriented and motivated to make a real impact in regulatory reporting, we'd love to hear from you!

Position Description

  • Prepare essential regulatory documents and filings for government agencies, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.

  • Organize and maintain tax records, returns, and related reports, keeping everything up-to-date and compliant.

  • Prepare financial information and help resolve any reporting or compliance questions.

  • Collaborate with external auditors, regulatory agencies, or other third-party agencies supplying documentation and fielding questions as needed.

  • Contribute to special projects, such as updating documentation and identifying opportunities to improve our processes.

  • Pitch in with additional tasks as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

  • Proficiency in MS Office, with strong Excel skills

  • Exceptional organizational skills to ensure accuracy and timeliness

  • 1 years of finance or accounting experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

  • Excel modeling experience

  • Familiarity with Workday

  • 3 - 5 years of related experience

Salary Range:$64,400-$96,100

RAND considers a variety of factors when formulating an offer, including but not limited to, the specific role and associated responsibilities; a candidate's work experience, education/training, skills, expertise; and internal equity.This position is overtime eligible. Successful candidates will be offered employment in a specific title, as determined by the candidate's education and experience.
