The Kettle brand has been "Extra" from the start...founded in1978 with a belief in going the "extra" mile to bring delicious authentic food to the world. You will be at the forefront of shaping the future ambition of the Kettle Chip Brand.

  • Your creativity and strategic prowess will be put to the test as you craft compelling strategies and marketing campaigns that not only ignite consumer passions but also drive our sales to unprecedented heights. You will immerse yourself in consumer insights and market trends to uncover untapped opportunities and discover unique ways to position our snacks in a fiercely competitive landscape.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will explore new frontiers in product development, exploring bold flavors, healthier alternatives, and eco-friendly packaging options. You will be a true advocate for sustainability and responsible snacking, championing initiatives that align with Kettle & Campbell's commitment to a better, more sustainable world.

What you will do...

  • Strategic Vision: With a keen eye on industry trends and customer insights, you will develop and executive comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our long-term business goals. Your ability to think strategically will be vital in identifying new opportunities and addressing challenges head on.

Your collaboration extends to external agency teams, where you will skillfully manage partnerships to deliver outstanding results.

What you will bring to the table... (Must Have)

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • Minimum 7 years experience in consumer brand management

  • Strong creative thinking with demonstrated ability to build activations with creative, digital, social, public relations and media agency partners

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks within tight timeframes and deadlines in a dynamic everchanging working environment

  • Excellent analytical skills and business/financial acumen

  • Strong experience with IRI Unify, Nielsen & SPINS

It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)

  • MBA Strongly preferred

  • Experience in food and/or consumer goods is strongly preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$144,200-$207,200

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
