What you will bring to this position:
Why Join Gannett Fleming TranSystems: Qualifications and Professional Experience * Bachelors Degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably with knowledge of engineering industry practices and trends. * Experience in acquisition integration, project management, or a related field within the engineering or technical industry.
* Proven track record of leading successful acquisition integrations and cross-functional initiatives.
* Advanced knowledge of overhead, fee, and multipliers, and key concepts such as effort, revenue, and variance.
* Advanced project and workload prioritization skills, ability to multitask and adjust priorities.
* Ability to identify, analyze, communicate, and implement process improvements.
* Strong project management skills, including developing and managing complex integration plans.
* Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
* May involve working in confined spaces or traveling to project sites for extended durations as needed.
* Primarily a hybrid office-based role with opportunities to collaborate across teams and clients.
* Ability to sit, stand, and remain physically active for extended periods to support project demands.
* Must be able to travel independently and be physically present at the office or client locations as required.
