General Management Consultant

The Opportunity:

To execute effectively, organizations need help looking at their operation from the outside. Whether standing up a new organization, transforming an existing one, or transitioning an organization, our clients need a consultant who will take the time to learn the complexities of their mission and provide them with tangible advice on process improvements, mission success, and standard methodologies.

That's why we need you, a management consultant who can analyze every aspect of your customer's operations and give them the roadmap to becoming the organization they envision. As a general management consultant on our team, you'll develop an overall picture of your client's current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before.

On our team, you'll use discussions and workshops with stakeholders to identify the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a thorough understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you'll recommend a path forward to leaders and decision makers.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience with analytical based work, including risk analysis, financial modeling, operations analysis, Lean and Six Sigma analysis, or gap analysis

• Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint

• Ability to meet deadlines, adhere to project plans, escalate conflicts and concerns to a management team, and work on several projects simultaneously

• Ability to think critically, analyze, and actively listen to effectively problem solve

• Ability to interact and network with all levels of staff, including senior leadership, both internal and on the client site

• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience working with the Department of Defense

• Experience consulting in a professional or internship environment

• Experience with a coding language, including VBA, R, Python, or SQL

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Master's degree in Business Administration or a technical field
