Description The Associate, Servicing Support is responsible for supporting the Servicing Support Departments (Titles, Payment Processing, Total Loss/Ancillary Products and Back Office) by processing all requests received via multiple channels. This position will ensure all requests/tasks are processed within HCAs timeframes, adhere to HCA's policy and procedures, per stated workflows as well as being in compliance. All requests must be handled in an expeditious manner per HCA's KPI's. This position requires flexibility and ability to adapt to a multi-functional departmental structure and job rotation. This candidate will need to be open to being cross trained and open to any of the following teams - -Titles: issuing/processing car titles -Payment Processing: processing car payments -Total Loss: process total loss documentation on a vehicle -Ancillary: cancelling GAP/Extended warranty/etc. on early payoffs/total loss/repo vehicles Shift: Monday- Friday usually between 7am-3:30pm (MUST be able to work ANY shift given) Training: 2-4 weeks (no time off allowed) Skills auto, production, banking, credit, mortgage, bachelor's degree, auto finance, title, data entry, financial Additional Skills & Qualifications * Agents should have high attention to detail, be able to follow compliance and policy guidelines * Ability to make outbound phone calls and data entry * Strong problem solving skills * Excel experience * Payment processing or accounting experience preferred * Auto finance would be ideal - any kind of financial services * Payment processing * Total loss, processing * Production goals, being able to self-manage themselves * Mortgage experience is okay Candidates must be in the Plano/Dallas area to be considered for this role! Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
