Responsibilities Assist with design and construction meetings Prepare progress reports Assist with RFI's, and submittals Reviews estimates, negotiates, and processes change orders Coordinate project and contract schedules Maintain job record files Participate in progress meetings, generating meeting minutes Assist in field inspections and verify work is performed in accordance with plans and specifications Assist Project Manager with administrative support Education \| Experience: Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field 1- 3 years' of related experience E-builder experience Able to read and interpret construction documents and shop drawings Excellent oral and written communication skills Must possess a driver's license Company Overview: At Gannett Fleming TranSystems, we believe in improving the lives of the people we serve.
