You are eager to put your skills to use by helping us help our clients inject security at every level of their organization.

The Work

We are expanding our team in search of Onshore day-to-day lead for the SOC tower team. The candidate is expected to be a functional manager, not a people manager. The resource is expected to work on escalated SOC tickets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the functioning of the entire SOC tower and be the counterpart of the offshore SOC lead.
  • Lead any design and operation discussion topics
  • Prepare /coordinate the weekly and monthly metrics
  • Provide L3 support, too, when there are any operational issues
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Engage the vendor for any major escalated topics.

Heres what you need

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in SOC operations, with at least 3 years in a SOC lead role managing 10-15 people.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing SOC for Health Care/Hospital industries.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the following tools:

-MS Sentinel and/ MS Defender suite

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Cloud Security Firewalls or native firewalls (L1/L2) would be a huge plus.

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
