ABOUT THE JOB

Your Responsibilities:

Clinical Vision: Bring a visionary approach to post-acute rehab, driving clinical excellence.

Passion for Residents: Demonstrate a deep commitment to the well-being of post-acute rehab residents.

Efficient Operations: Lead and optimize the Rehab Department for effective and streamlined operations.

Patient Services: Oversee direct therapy services, ensuring high-quality care to residents.

Data Management: Track and analyze data to enhance patient outcomes and department effectiveness.

Admissions Monitoring: Manage and monitor resident admissions for optimal resource allocation.

Treatment Schedules: Ensure efficient scheduling of treatments, maximizing resident benefit.

Clinical Supervision: Provide expert clinical supervision to a dedicated therapy team.

Case Management: Oversee comprehensive case management, ensuring holistic resident care.

Guardian Care Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Orlando, Florida is a newly constructed, beautifully designed, privately-owned, non-profit, 99-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center that offers a premier senior living experience, compassionate care, fine dining, and plentiful activities.

Infinity Rehab assists healthcare providers with the oversight and execution of their in-house therapy services. We provide our customers with the systems, compliance oversight, staff training, MDS optimization, and management they need to run a successful program. Infinity Rehab is a therapy management partner with Guardian Care Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications:

  Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

  
  
• 
  

  Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant /Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.

  
  
• 
  

  Master's degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited program and Certificate of Clinical Competency.

  
  
• 
  

  Current state licensure.

  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• 
  

  One to two years of experience in a leadership/management role.
