Requirements | The ability to lift 25 pounds + the ability to stand the entire shift + Steel-toe shoes

Night Shift | 6 PM - 6 AM | 2 - 2 - 3 Rotating Schedule

Pay | $15.50/hr.

Warehouse Team Lead responsibilities include overseeing the general production of temporary staff during shifts, managing attendance, coordinating as necessary, assisting in project area setup, providing hands-on training in safety, quality, and production, and communicating with other leads regarding staffing and any concerns. You will also work on the production line, operating packaging equipment, assisting with changeovers, ensuring Continuous Improvement Logs (CILs) and centerlines are maintained, analyzing team dynamics, and providing both positive and constructive feedback to foster employee growth.
