Job Summary

Based at one of our marquee locations, the Vice President of Hospitality Strategy role works closely with our partners to build and implement a food and beverage experience unique to the location - providing memorable experiences for every fan who enters our gates. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and dynamic leader who is able to define a compelling vision that inspires others to bring their best selves to work each day. They will be an important figurehead for Levy at your location - demonstrating passion, inclusivity, and innovation. Most importantly, you'll be a nice person who people want to work with and for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute hospitality strategies to enhance guest experience and operational performance.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of hospitality operations, including premium services, food & beverage, and guest engagement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Implement innovative revenue-generating initiatives and cost-management strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align hospitality programs with business objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor benchmarks to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards in hospitality operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or venue operations.
  • Proven expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and revenue optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends, customer experience, and guest service excellence.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
