HADR Instructor and Trainer The Opportunity: As a highly skilled and motivated Instructor and Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a variety of joint training programs with a specific focus on Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) Operations. This role requires a deep understanding of joint military operations, exceptional instructional skills, and the ability to adapt training content to meet the needs of diverse audiences. As an Instructor and Trainer you will work with a motivated team to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on HADR Operations. You will design and implement joint training exercises that simulate real-world HADR scenarios.This will include collaboration with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.You will also assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Additionally, you will provide mentorship and guidance to trainees, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.You will stay current with industry trends and best practices in HADR and joint military operations and prepare relevant, detailed training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources.Finally, you will conduct evaluations and provide feedback to participants to enhance their skills and knowledge. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
