Summary: The Legal Assistant supports the daily activities of the legal contracts team, which includes the attorney and contract coordinators. Primary duties include but are not limited to supporting facilitation of contract processing and workflows; administration of the contract management system; handling customer service inquiries from internal and external customers; and supporting other administrative needs and projects as assigned. This non-exempt position will report to the Attorney in the Division of Finance and Facilities. It is based in our Chicago office and is a hybrid role: 3 days per week in the office/2 days per week remote. The anticipated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $63,000 (paid hourly, commensurate with related experience). Responsibilities:
