Human Resources & Staff Development Intern

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Human Resources & Staff Development Intern at TruStone, you'll have the opportunity to help create and organize employee training programs, build on employee engagement initiatives, and gain exposure to laws and regulations in action. Various aspects of Human Resources and Staff Development will be covered, including recruitment, onboarding, new hire orientation, planning and creation of training materials, program delivery, employee relations, and more! And, as part of the internship, you'll get to complete at least one key project to enhance your learning experience and highlight on your resume.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Availability to work 40 hours/week throughout the duration of the internship (10 weeks, from June 2 - August 8, 2025). The schedule will be Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm and this position will be based out of our Burnsville Administrative Office.

In addition, we're looking for:

• Third- or fourth-year college students in active pursuit of a degree in Human Resources, Training & Staff Development, Learning Management or related, and a grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or above.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Team-oriented individual with a positive attitude.
• Adaptable in a fast, ever-changing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and diverse environment.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new tasks or work in unfamiliar areas.
• Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks.
• Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.

PAY RANGE:
$18 - $25/hour
