THE JOB: Join our dynamic team, dedicated to supporting world-class events across our iconic properties! As an Events Inventory Control Specialist, you will play a key role in overseeing the tracking and management of event production assets. Your responsibility will be to ensure that all products are delivered in top condition-clean, protected, and of the highest quality-while maintaining efficiency, safety, and adherence to company standards. THE DAY TO DAY:
Manage event-related assets by pulling, restocking, inspecting, cleaning, and preparing items for transport and storage, handle vendor product pickups and deliveries. Tag assets according to their condition, assist with repairs, adjust asset placement based on usage, and track inventory levels. Support event production by participating in installation, teardown, and loading/unloading of vehicles as needed. Operate company trucks, vans, and lifts, and promptly notify management of any fuel or maintenance needs. Follow safety, security, and dock/loading protocols to ensure smooth operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of venues/MREP studios, ensure tools are in good condition, and properly store equipment after use; report any loss, theft, or damage. Accurately pack, unpack, and check goods against orders, taking care to protect inventory from damage. Complete all required paperwork with attention to detail. Foster a creative, collaborative, and respectful work environment that encourages teamwork, recognition, and mutual support.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Minimum of one year of experience in high-volume warehouse inventory management. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR). Experience in events or hospitality is preferred. Scissor lift and forklift certification is a plus.

THE SCHEDULE:
On-Call hours that include varied shifts, weekends, and holidays. 30-40 hours during non-peak, over 40 hours expected during peak season.
