The Risk Management & Compliance Operations team, part of the Risk Management, Trust, and Safety team in MBO, focuses on strengthening, simplifying, and scaling risk management and compliance operations. We are looking for a Operations Program Manager to join the team. Our mission is to protect Microsoft by proactively engaging with the business, identifying risks, and mitigating threats related to AI, corruption, digital safety, and trade.
ResponsibilitiesOperations Program Manager The Risk Management & Compliance Operations team is seeking an Operations Program Manager to lead scalable compliance projects. Responsibilities include: Working in a compliance environment, identify and scope opportunities to automate processes and controls to enhance operational efficiency. Define and track the success criteria and performance metrics for each control. Identify and help assemble large data sets to uncover compliance insights. Build solutions using Power BI or Power Automate. Lead a portfolio of projects, including the project plan, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder management. Define and execute communication plans to concisely and accurately convey progress to leadership and other stakeholders. Use data and performance metrics Objectives and Key Results (OKR) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate program value and business impact. Identify business needs and determine solutions to business problems, which may include platform/systems improvements, process improvement, or policy changes. Capabilities important to success include: Big Picture View: The ability to view procedures and processes holistically and add value accordingly. Delivery and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to deliver effectively and concisely with stakeholders, senior managers, and leaders about our objectives and solutions.
