The Senior Desktop Support Technician acts as the primary support contact for Corporate C level executives, SVPs, and VPs that are both onsite and remote. Leads the annual hospital management conference technical support. Leads large scale software and hardware deployments that affect Executives, SVPs, and VPs. Consistently looks for improvement opportunities and areas where inefficient processes and procedures can be automated. Provides tier two support and advanced troubleshooting for complex issues, manages assigned project tasks and acts as a resource for other technicians. Trains new staff members and is responsible for transfer of knowledge documentation. Installs/configures PC desktops, laptops, and mobile devices in addition to troubleshooting network connectivity to ensure continuous system availability to the users in accordance with sound PC support practices.
