We are actively looking for a Developer Manager to join our IT team. As part of the IT Group, the Developer Manager will be a technical leader and manager responsible for leading and empowering the development team to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with the firm's objectives. They foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The Developer Manager plays a critical role in bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable plans, and driving the team's success. Preferred Skills:
Base salary range: $149,000 to $183,000 based on years of experience, level of education obtained, professional registration, and meeting required qualification in job description. Base salary range only applicable for candidates who will be hired and working in the California, New York City, and Washington markets. Working conditions: Sedentary for prolonged period of time, interact with clients, and travel occasionally.
