As a Call Center Agent, your daily responsibilities will include taking inbound calls for critter control needs, providing helpful information, and ensuring customer satisfaction with each interaction. To excel in this role, candidates must have at least six months of experience in customer service or a call center environment, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to address customer inquiries effectively.
