POSITION SUMMARY:

The Call Center Representative is the first point of contact with customers and vendors. Duties include answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, processing customer payments, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Provide general customer service and answers questions related to customer accounts.
  • Quote fuel prices to call-in customers.
  • Set up new customer accounts.
  • Enter residential fuel orders and HVAC service orders.
  • Enter commercial fuel orders for the State of Ohio and other markets as required.
  • Post daily cash, check, and credit card payments.
  • Reconcile daily credit card reports.
  • Prepare bank deposits.
  • Support the HVAC department by assembling quotations, proposals, and product literature.
  • Participate in after hours on-call rotation.
  • Provide support to dispatch functions as needed.



Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:



  • Excellent verbal and writing skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Computer skills to facilitate writing, data, presentation, and analytical tasks
  • Excellent customer service
  • Strong administration and organizational skills.
  • This position is a full-time, in person role in the Lititz office.
  • High School Diploma required.
